Image of the Month – November 2006

NET37 is targeted to the nuclear envelope in differentiated myoblasts. Expression of nuclear envelope transmembrane proteins (NETs) during myoblast differentiation was investigated by transfection of V5 epitope tagged NETs into C2C12 cells. In differentiated myotubes all of the exogenously expressed NETs except for NET39 clearly targeted to the nuclear envelope.
