R-Ras regulates integrin localization at the plasma membrane
In assessing the role of the small GTPase R-Ras, in integrin-mediated adhesion, endogenous R-Ras (red) was found to co-localize (yellow) with beta 1-integrin to the plasma membrane, most specifically in membrane ruffles. Fixed Cos7 cells were examined by immunofluorescence and stained with antibodies against R-Ras (red) and beta 1-integrin (green).
