Immunofluorescence of COS7 cells transfected with tagged OST (organic solute transporter) subunits
COS7 monkey kidney cells were transfected with FLAG- and MYC- tagged alpha and beta OST subunits, and stained with green anti-FLAG and red anti-Myc antibodies. Treating the cells with tunicamycin, an inhibitor of N-glycosylation, did not effect the ability of OSTa to traffick to the plasma membrane (not shown).
