The F-box protein SKP2 mediates androgen control of p27 stability in LNCaP human prostate cancer cells

Lifang Lu, Holger Schulz, Dieter A Wolf BMC Cell Biology 2002, 3:22 (20 August 2002)

Abstract | Full text | PDF | PubMed | Cited on BioMed Central |  Editor’s summary

An androgen-dependent decrease in the expression of the F-box protein SKP2 results in accumulation of p27, a possible tumour suppressor protein. The SKP2 pathway may therefore be a drug target in prostrate cancer.
