Isl1 expression in ext2 mutant retinaIsl1, an early marker of retinal cell differentiation in zebrafish,
displays normal expression in exostosin 2 (ext 2) mutants. Image shows a
confocal section of the zebrafish retina at 72 hours post-fertilization
(hpf), with anterior to the top. Isl-1 is detected by mouse anti-Isl1
(green). Retinal cell differentiation in ext2 mutants was
indistinguishable from that in control embryos.
