Targeting of human interleukin-12B by small hairpin RNAs in xenografted psoriatic skin Rasmus O Bak, Karin Stenderup, Cecilia Rosada, Line B Petersen, Brian Moldt, Frederik Dagnæs-Hansen, Maria Jakobsen, Søren Kamp, Thomas G Jensen, Tomas N Dam, Jacob Mikkelsen BMC Dermatology 2011, 11:5 (27 February 2011) The treatment of xenografted psoriatic skin with lentiviral vectors leads to the stable downregulation of interleukin (IL)-12B mRNA and reduction of epidermal thickness but this does not result in a clinical improvement of the psoriatic phenotype.
