(A), large (pT4) tumors preferentially show a distinct condensation of YB-1 signal
in the nuclei of tumor cells (B). C and D: In breast tumors with positive progesterone
receptor status (C) YB-1 expression is predominantly cytoplasmic, while tumors that
lost progesterone receptor expression (D) exhibit prominent nuclear YB-1 expression.
