Z-test of selection with null hypothesis (H_{0}: dN = dS) was tested with two different alternative hypothesis such as positive selection (H_{A}: dN > dS) and purifying selection (H_{A}: dN < dS). Z statistics and Tajima’s D as well as significance values (p value) were calculated with coding sequences (CDS) of each starch synthase.
