Cupiennius_0162b.fastq Set of nucleotide sequences that generated the reading frame. The two nucleotide files are in FASTQ format with Casava 1.8 quality score coding. Sequences in the Cupiennius_0162b.fastq file contain matching information to the reading frame. They can be viewed against the reading frame directly by opening them in the Sequence program.
