Figure S1. qPCR validation of TOMM7 and RAB37 baseline gene expression differences between PAXgeneTM and TempusTM tubes: Boxplots of TOMM7 and RAB37 expression levels from PAXgene™ and Tempus™ tubes are depicted. In accordance with microarray data, both transcripts were significantly differentially expressed between the PAXgene™ and Tempus™ tubes.
