Genes identifiers. The file GenesByBin.txt contains refseq ID, name of the cell line, and class assignment (up-regulation by Decitabine) for each gene analyzed in the study. The file is organized by promoter category as defined in the text. The file also contains identifiers for the MCF-7 genes included in the analysis.
