The top graph shows intracellular perforin molecules in both NK and CD8 T-cells and the bottom graph the gene expression data (mean signal intensity). Values are mean ± SD. Repeated measures ANOVA on the intracellular perforin levels showed time series differences bordering on the significant (p-value = 0.053), with illness class differences not significant (p-value = 0.092).
