Using an alternative mapping criterion, we collected the sequences of the 3' end modified fragments by analyzing their relative abundances in all modification events. A and U account for almost 80% of all modification events. Only the modified fragments accounting for <a onClick="popup('http://www.biomedcentral.com/1752-0509/6/S2/S14/mathml/M1','MathML',630,470);return false;" target="_blank" href="http://www.biomedcentral.com/1752-0509/6/S2/S14/mathml/M1">View MathML</a> 1% of all modification events are listed here.
