NFκB


TNFα is one tumor necrosis factor which binds to the receptor TNFR1. TRADD, TRAF2 and RIP1 are adaptor proteins which may form complexes with TNFα. IKK, NFκB, IκB belongs to the NFκB module while FADD, caspase8 and caspase3 are on the apoptotic pathway. c-IAP is an inhibitor of apoptosis protein.
