(A-C) Amhr2-Cre/+;Notch2flox/- ovaries exhibited a significant increase in the number of multi-oocyte follicles (containing four or more oocytes) of (A) the primordial, (B) primary and (C) secondary follicle types compared with littermate control ovaries.
