Algorithm used for individual assessment of probability of exposure, based on survey questions administered to head nurses of each department included in the study. Based on responses displayed in the boxes to each of the listed, ordered questions, nurses employed by a given department were allocated in a deterministic manner to either having unlikely, possible, or probable exposure to antineoplastic drugs.
