Toward the questions asking about continuation of tube feeding and about attachment of a respirator when a persistent coma elderly patient by stroke in the scenario has severe pneumonia, three of four physicians answered that attachment of a respirator would be placed as "life-sustaining treatment" while about a half of the physicians answered that continuation of tube feeding is placed as "life-sustaining treatment."
