Case 52, seborrheic keratosis. Case 52 was a seborrheic keratosis. One study pathologist diagnosed actinic keratosis
citing the mild atypia in the epithelium. Consensus was that the correct diagnosis
was seborrheic keratosis. Figure 6 shows a higher power including some of the atypical
cells in the epithelium.
