Fenugreek extract inhibits Jurkat cell proliferation. (A) Viability of Jurkat cells incubated with 30 to 1500 μg/mL of fenugreek extract was determined after 48 hr by trypan blue assay. Death of Jurkat cells occurred at all the tested concentrations of fenugreek and followed a dose-dependent pattern.
