of 10 μg/ml LPS as the control group. After incubation, the PGE2 accumulation in the medium was determined by the HPLC method. Means not sharing a
common letter (a-g) were significantly different (p < 0.05) when analyzed by ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test.
