Analysis of GAPDH using two sizes of amplicon showing the difference of C_Ts between FFPE and snap frozen counterparts. ΔC_T = C_T (FFPE) - C_T (Snap-Frozen). The smaller amplicon size of GAPDH (67 bp) generated lower ΔC_Ts than the larger amplicon size of 122 bp indicating that smaller amplicon sizes produced more comparable C_Ts in snap frozen and FFPE samples.
