Lanes 1A and 2A - soluble and insoluble bacterial lysate, respectively, after 4 hours of induction; Lanes 3A and 4A - soluble and insoluble bacterial lysate, after 19 hours of induction. Lane 1B and 2B - insoluble and soluble bacterial lysate, respectively, after 4 hours of induction; Lanes 3B and 4B - insoluble and soluble bacterial lysate, respectively, after 19 hours of induction. Each lane contains 3 μg of total protein. MW molecular weight markers in kDa (LMW – Amersham).
