Proteinase K treatment of purified BmNPV-GFPuv-hPRR particles. Purified BmNPV-GFPuv-hPRR particles were suspended with either 0, 0.002, 0.02, 0.2 or 2 μg of proteinase
K, respectively, and incubated at room temperature for 15 min. Proteins were separated
by a 12% SDS-PAGE gel and GFPuv-hPRR was detected by Western blot and CBB stain.
