(A) Femoral component alignment was measured as the angle between an axis defined by the femoral fixation pegs (dotted line) and the surgical epicondylar axis (dashed line), with nominal alignment within ± 3° or outlier alignment exceeding 3°. (B) Tibial component alignment was measured as the angle between an axis perpendicular to the posterior border of the tibial fixation keel projected to the tibial post center (dotted line) and an axis connecting the tibial post center and the medial third of the tibial tuberosity (dashed line), with nominal alignment within ± 10° or outlier alignment exceeding 10°.
