Figure 5b: An image demonstrating the characteristic needle tip artifact at the junction of the far side of the nodule and the liver. The tip of the biopsy needle appears to be within the liver parenchyma. The aspiration was performed by withdrawing the biopsy needle and attempting to aspirate from the pulmonary nodule
