A: The cells were harvested after treatment with (0, 0.5, 1.0, or 2.0 μM) PD0166285 (including DMSO vehicle) for the indicated times, and then the cells were counted. B: The cells were harvested after treatment with 0.5 μM for the indicated period, fixed, stained with PI, and analyzed for DNA content by flow cytometry.
