Expression of antigen on the cell surface was determined by incubation with 22-1-1 antibody and analysed by flow cytometry. Expression of EBAG9 was determined by immunoblot using the anti-EBAG9 serum. (+++, very high expression, ++, high expression, +, intermediate expression, -, no expression).
