Growth profiles of AML cell lines treated with tipifarnib. Duplicate cultures were inoculated into 6-well plates at an initial concentration of 1 × 10⁵cells/ml. Tipifarnib was supplemented at a concentration of 100 nM in 0.1% DMSO. Duplicate control cultures were grown in medium containing 0.1% DMSO only. Duplicate cultures were harvested daily for a total of six days. Error bars are standard deviations.
