(A) Number of TRAP-positive osteoclasts at the bone-tumor interface. Six weeks after tumor cell inoculation bones were fixed in formalin, decalcified in acetic acid and embedded in paraffin. Sections were stained for TRAP and counterstained for Haematoxylin.
