Adrenal pathology. PCR was used to assess the representation of wild type and mutated alleles of Men1 in genomic DNA from adrenal tumours, and from liver from the same animal as a control (A). Results of these assays were quantified and the relative representation of the mutated compared to the wild type allele in tumours was normalised to the band intensities in the liver of the same animal. Mean (+SE) of triplicate experiments is shown in (B).
