Tumors from TNBC-TICs grow significantly larger than TNBC, TPBC-TICs, TPBC or parental 4T1 cells. Implantation of TNBC-TICs into female BALB/c mice resulted in larger tumors than TNBC, TPBC-TICs, TPBC or parental 4T1 cells. TNBC-TICs (filled circles), TNBC (open circles), TPBC-TICs (filled squares), TPBC (open squares), or parental 4T1 cells (filled triangles) 104 cells were implanted into the left breast pad of female BALB/c mice (6-8 weeks old) and tumor growth was measured using an electronic calipher. Data are mean tumor volume mm3 ± SD and are the sum of three independently performed experiments with five mice per group.
