Blood leukocyte phenotyping. May-Gründ-Giemsa stain was performed to differentially count basophils, neutrophils, eosinophils and monocytes by light microscopy. MABs for CD3/CD4, CD3/CD8, CD3/CD19, and CD3/Dx5 were used to evaluate B (CD3^-CD19⁺), NK (CD3^-Dx5⁺), NKT (CD3⁺Dx5⁺), Th (CD3⁺CD4⁺), and Tc (CD3⁺CD8⁺) lymphocytes. a: normal mice; b: untreated mice with B16F10 lung metastasis; c: vehicle-treated mice with B16F10 lung metastasis and d: M8-treated mice with B16F10 lung metastasis.
