Blood leukocyte phenotyping. May-GrĂ¼nd-Giemsa stain was performed to differentially count basophils, neutrophils,
eosinophils and monocytes by light microscopy. MABs for CD3/CD4, CD3/CD8, CD3/CD19,
and CD3/Dx5 were used to evaluate B (CD3-CD19+), NK (CD3-Dx5+), NKT (CD3+Dx5+), Th (CD3+CD4+), and Tc (CD3+CD8+) lymphocytes. a: normal mice; b: untreated mice with B16F10 lung metastasis; c: vehicle-treated mice with B16F10 lung metastasis and d: M8-treated mice with B16F10 lung metastasis. Treatment caused a statistically significant
