with a dissection and occlusive intramural hematoma; B) Sagittal oblique maximum intensity
projection reformation of a CT angiogram of the carotid and vertebral arteries demonstrates
a focal dissection with associated localized aneurysmal dilatation of the V1 segment
of the right vertebral artery.
