For presentation purposes, two patients were removed from this plot because they had extreme percentage changes in BOD from baseline to week 48; one patient receiving interferon (IFN) beta-1a, 44 mcg subcutaneously (sc) three times weekly (tiw), had an increase of 431% from baseline and the other patient receiving IFN beta-1a, 30 mcg intramuscularly (im) once weekly (qw), had an increase of 197%.
