Data represent mean ± SD for six animals in each group. Low mean blood pressure and high PCO2 were observed following the administration of anesthetic drugs. However, there were no significant differences between the anesthetized groups and the control group. HR: heart rate; MAP: mean arterial pressure; and GLU: plasma glucose concentration.
