The final column details the frequency of assignment of individual genes to specific STEM profiles identified by corresponding letters in Figure 2. Functional categories in this table are defined according to the Database of Arabidopsis Transcription Factors [81]. The following small transcription factor families, which are each represented by probes for three or fewer genes on the microarray, are not listed in this table: ARID, BES1, C2C2-YABBY, CAMTA, CCAAT-DR1, CPP, E2F/DPE2FC, EIL, FHA, GIF, GRF, HRT-like, LFY, LUG, MBF1, NZZ, PBF-2-like(Whirly), PcG, S1Fa-like, SAP, SRS, ULT, VOZ. |
