Effects of OGD (2 h) followed by reoxygenation (6–24 h) on the transcription of mitochondrial fusion and fission genes in XY and XX CGNs. Quantification of fusion genes Mfn1(A), Mfn2(B) and fission genes Fis1(C) and Drp1(D) were performed by RT-qPCR. Data were normalized to Hprt and related to the transcription levels in untreated control CGNs set as one.
