General health. Monitoring of survival rates up to the age of 10 months revealed no significant differences between hom E8 (A) or het/het E85 mice (B) compared to wt animals, respectively; dots represent dead or censored animals; data were analyzed by logrank test of survival curves; p > 0.05; n ≥ 50 animals per group.
