Growth profile of wild-type and mutant 14-3-3ε proteins. A- The strains expressing wild type 14-3-3ε protein (14-3-3ε), mutant 14-3-3ε protein (14-3-3-α5), GF14 protein (GalGF14) and BY427 expressing Bmh1 and Bmh2 proteins strain (Bmh1/2) (used as a positive control), were streaked on a YPD plate and incubated at 30°C for 3 days. B- Cells were grown in YNB media, spotted onto YNB-Trp plates in 10-fold serial dilutions, and incubated at 30°C.
