VprBP-interacting proteins are identified below the diagram; those for which the binding site has been mapped are shown below the region mediating the association. Proteins targeted for VprBP-dependent ubiquitination are boxed. The region removed after Cre-mediated deletion of a conditional allele [22], and the location of a DNA-PK-dependent phosphorylation site [30] are also indicated.
