Additional Figure 1 RNF168 Ub-ligase activity. HeLa cells transfected with cDNA encoding the GFP-tagged version of RNF168 and its RF-defective mutant (RF*) were immunostained using antibodies that recognize ubiquitinated proteins (FK2).
