Minimum Inhibitory Concentration of the six peptidomimetics in this study against the spectrum of bacteria expressed in μM. Values were obtained from a minimum of two independent trials. The Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) was in all assays equal to or a maximum of one two-fold higher than the MIC value indicating a bactericidal mode of action.
