IL-17 interferes with NSCs differentiation. Dissociated single cells were incubated in stem cell differentiation medium in 12-well plates and treated with IL-17 (25 ng/ml) for 14 days, then were processed for immunofluorescence. IL-17 treatment did not significantly change the number of β-III-tubulin positive cells (a), but significantly decreased the numbers of GFAP positive cells (b), NG2 positive cells (c) and SOX2 positive cells (d).
