(A) Huh7.5.1 cells were infected with or without JFH1 virus and then incubated with PBS, 1 μg/ml Tat, or 1 μg/ml heat-inactivated Tat (HI-Tat) for different times, as indicated. Cell culture supernatants were collected and IP-10 levels were quantified by ELISA.
