List of probes and their normalized hybridization intensities. The file contains the list of 1817 probes that were tested experimentally. The first three columns give the probe name, probe sequence, and probe length, respectively. Columns 4 through 8 provide the average normalized hybridization intensity values for B. mallei ATCC 23344, B. mallei NCTC 10229, B. pseudomallei K96243, B. pseudomallei 238, and B. thailandensis E264, respectively. The averages were computed across three chips, where each probe was replicated seven times on each chip.
