Rhythmic transcripts (ANOVA). This file lists gene transcripts determined to be rhythmic using ANOVA. Separate tabs contain lists of gene transcripts which exhibit rhythm amplitudes of at least 1.5-fold or 2-fold in either LD or DD. Lists are presented as two columns of data displaying each clone ID and associated reference number. Data are listed in alphabetical order by clone ID.
