Informativeness for assignment is shown on the secondary y-axis (on the right). The distribution of informative SNPs is fairly even across chromosomes. Since almost 4 million SNPs were used in this analysis, the relatively small observed differences are statistically significant however (p < .0001 for the difference in mean informativeness for assignment across chromosomes using one-way ANOVA).
