Statistically significant haplotype partitions in the phylogeny are indicated by a vertical or horizontal bar, while an arrow indicates a SNP that exhibits significant association via regression analysis. The haplotypes at FCGR2B, LMO2 and PCNA were constructed using the following SNPs: rs12145988, rs17412751, rs922087, rs2298020, rs1674761, rs844; rs17352 and rs25406; and rs3740616, rs3740617, rs2273797, rs2038602, rs9282776, rs3781577, rs3758640, rs3758641.
