Sequences of the 41 LTR retrotransposon reference copies. Sequences can be uploaded in fasta format from the "Vitte_et_al_reference_copies.txt" text file. Note that reference copies are derived from genomic copies. Their LTR sequences have been homogenized by replacing the two LTR sequences by the sequence of the 5' LTR, to avoid detection problems, except for Osr9, Osr10, Osr11, Osr16, Osr18, Osr23, and Osr31 for which the position of the LTR was ambiguous (see text and Table 1 for details).
