The researcher can query the database for a comparison of gene coverage for the whole genome or for any specific region of a given chromosome. The example shows a comparison for genes in mouse chromosome 2, between 100 and 8,000,000 bp (Genome Build 35.1). The results are shown in form of tables and color bar graphs.
